Good location and the hotel itself was well maintained. The area around was not. The bathroom was extremely small in our room. Not all outlets worked, and AC unit seemed to work okay. I think the rooms could use upgrades. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. This hotel is close to the subway which helped a lot with transportation. It is great for a weekend trip!

Everything at my residence was phenomenal. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with proper utensils. Make sure you look under the sink for the paper towel. The only setback was there should have been a make up/vanity mirror for the guest. One more thing with the windows open, you hear traffic really loudly, but when closed you hear nothing it is a very good property!!! I propose on this trip!! thank you so much for the opportunity.

I had booked an Executive Room months in advanced and when I got there they gave me a much smaller room then I was expecting

Room was dated and showed signs of hard wear; front desk staff unfriendly; door men never once open the door for us from the street; area around hotel dirty. Shay, the concierge was super nice though and the lobby was attractively decorated.

It's our second time staying at the RIU and it's always an amazing experience. The staff is amazing, the cleanliness, the food, the overall experience of staying at the RIU is amazing. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!
