Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa
Our room had a very unpleasant smell on arrival, the jets in the bath also had an unpleasant smell once turned on. The mini bar, was not working so we could not use to store drinks and the safe wouldn’t work. Overall the the staff were pleasant and very helpful

Room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. No pillow choice. All pillows were the same, and again not comfortable. Staff were hard to understand and service was slow.
