Avoid the room 732 as a dumpster prevents easy parking and maneuvering. Also the door jamb was warped preventing ease of open and close. A/C couldn't keep up with high temps and filters were dirty. Also, the king bed was too close to opposite wall making refrigerator and drawer access cramped. The staff was nice, and rate wasn't terrible but I will request a different room if it happens again Beautiful country there!

My husband and I were quite impressed with this property, the staff was great, the room was very clean and comfortable, loved having the kitchen verses hotel room stays, and it was close to all we did in Branson and Top of the Rock etc. thank you for a great price , we have already referred you to several friends family and coworkers .

This was the most unorganized, unprofessional, completely incompetent establishment. Check-in was a nightmare, retrieving parking passes that had been forgotten by the two over worked employees, while four others stood around, was a pain. We stayed lakeside and every day the key cards to all five rooms wouldn’t work and had to drive back to check in to replace them. There were more than 2,000 spiders that came out at night on our floor, hanging above our heads. It was what nightmares are made of. We called and nothing was done about it. They didn’t leave extra toilet paper, so all five roomed we reserved where using Kleenex by the end. I would not recommend this place. Great location but shoddy service.

Nice location. We walked to the Branson Landing from here. Our room overlooked the creek and it was nice to drink beers in the evening while sitting on our porch.

The staff were very nice. The hotel is ok. The linens were not at the caliber of the hotel. The onsite restaurant did not have a good breakfast . Menu appeared with no prices and we were charged $54 for a prefab breakfast of croissants. Nothing was fresh. The neighborhood was walkable to other restaurants for dinner.
