Everything was great

Check in was rough online only. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, granted it was 10pm, but it took me forever to get through the process and then wait for a code to get into my room. Make sure you check in right when you get the text or email message.

The bedrooms could use some furniture or shelves for clothing and some lamps or soft lights at night Also no real table for a family meal Great space, convenient and the parking is helpful and reasonably priced Loved the bathrooms Good place to stay

Rooms were not ready at midnight for an entire group of PSU football fans. They let USC team check out at 6pm (took the $$$ for that) and then did not turn the rooms around in time for its customers. I waited until 1am for my room. I gave feedback to the company and they said oops, sorry, we’ll train people. They offered nothing for our troubles. Imagine showing up at midnight after a full day and waiting an hour for your room you overpaid for to begin with.

Great stay at a beautiful mountain resort. Highly recommend.
