Les matelas sont dus pour être changés. Sinon tout est beau

Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean. Breakfast was great. We had a nice stay.

Housekeeping was awful. They would take towels but not leave towels, and not take trash or make beds. Cockroach infestation that staff seemed to not be concerned about. They said maintenance would spray room so we then got to sleep in pesticide ridden bedding. In 12 days housekeeping NEVER CHANGED SHEETS. Toilet paper never replaced had to get more from front desk.

Very clean room. The restaurant is connected to the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the tv had the best cable. The remote control had a guide available to see all the channels and there were a lot of channels to choose from. When we got there to check in at 4pm, we used the lobby bathroom. The bathroom was dirty and not clean. Trash overflowing and toilet bowl dirty. That was disappointing but the only issue we had our entire stay. The staff was very professional and pleasant. We will stay there again if possible.
