The lobby is beautiful and I really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean.

I was not overall impressed by this hotel. The mini refrigerator in the room was very loud and they had to come and unplug it. The ac was quite noisy as well. The food both the dine in the room and the breakfast were mediocre. The first day we ordered a shakshuka and both times the eggs were hard boiled and not poached. Also they charge extra if you order something from the menu during the breakfast even though the waitress said that one dish is included in the breakfast price. The experience from this hotel didn’t meet the premium price and the standards of a five star luxury hotel. I don’t recommend it and I will not include it in my future travels.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, providing useful advice on what to do and where to eat. The room was small with a window. Being August it needed the window open and the fan to move the air. Hotel Pagi was in a central location for exploring Amsterdam. Only A fifteen minute walk from the central train station. The room was serviced daily by the wonderful cleaning staff.

Clean room (&bathroom)and convenient location. Good breakfast. Staff were courteous/polite.(We only stayed one night, but would stay again.)

Love CitizenM and especially this location. Fun staff, good bar and easy access to food when you want it, day or night. Comfy bed and good quiet nights’ sleep.

Overall, a very nice stay. When we had to leave early due to a medical problem, the manager wrote an invoice covering the shortened stay. This was necessary to claim from travel insurance since the rooms were non-refundable. Two minor dislikes. There were no face cloths in the bathroom, and there is a silly metal cover over the toilet paper on which I managed to cut my arm since it is very close to the toilet.
