From the very beginning of our stay, the staff was top notch. The room was everything and more. Fantastic tub to soak in and great view of the pond. Extremely quiet area and easy to move around town from the location. Can’t wait to come back again!

Modern, up to date rooms/facility. Room had a full wall of windows with 2 styles of shades that are electronically raised/lowered via push button. Large walk in shower with separate toilet room. Very nice.

Place was clean and staff very helpful.

We didn't have any problems at all. The staff were friendly and helpful

Rooms were not the cleanest, definitely could use up days on ceilings and bathroom Bed linens and pillows had a weird smell to them. Warm breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Good location when traveling thru

Next time I'm staying in 409 Elvis stayed there

I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future.
