They’re outside areas, including the pool and the back deck area were absolutely beautifully done and very comfortable and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we were happy to see that they actually had housekeeping come to the room every day and replenish supplies and make the bed which sadly has become a rarity in hotels these days. They were great about an early check-in and holding our luggage as we had a later flight out. The only thing I think they need to improve is the menu at the Little Palm as it was fairly limited.

We absolutely loved the hotel and Charleston itself, our second was just as good

Great location. Off site management company was a little different. Parking is minimal but the room was lovely and a short walk to the action on King Street. Recommend!

Location was excellent. Room was adequate. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was too small but closet was big enough to put a bed in. Staff was outstanding.

Great location and great room amenities. It will be great to see the completed renovations.
