The whole building was rusty. The room has not been cleaned. Well the outlets didn’t work. The bathtub had chipped paint everywhere. The furniture inside had several broken pieces. The TV didn’t work. The patio area was filled with trash and not well taken care of. There was no understanding or good communication with customer service.

This hotel was perfect. It was clean, all staff were super friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 4 nights, it was a quiet, clean dark room. The AC unit worked well and kept the room very cool and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, a lot of options, but I'm not much of a breaksfast person. Needed new towels and housekeeping gladly left us a bag of new towels. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. The only minus is there was no place to hang your towels in the bathroom so the towels didn't dry out well. Also, the beds were shockingly comfortable, probably the best hotel bed I've slept on.

This room comes with no parking! The parking they list is unavailable. Construction is happening all around, and parking is scarce. My daughter swam in a meet starting at 7:30 am When I woke that morning, my car was towed. I had no idea where to find it. When I called the number listed, they were not helpful at all and told me it was my fault. I finally noticed a "Crow Tow" sign with a number, and sure enough, they had my car. Several people in the area told me this was a scam. When I returned later, they were towing another car. $230 a pop, unless you pay cash; then 200! The next day, I had to park 4 blocks away on the street. The mattress was gross; I had to buy sheets as there was no top sheet. BEWARE!

Pictures looked good but I should have known better. Was supposed to be staying two nights but ended up getting a room across the street due to how dirty our room was. Inquired about getting a refund for the 2nd night we abandoned but was told since I booked through Hotels.com the hotel couldn’t issue a refund, Hotels said I had to get the refund from the hotel. Basically there was what looked like period blood on the toilet which was loose from the floor. There was toothpaste splatter all over the walls. The lady at the counter was nice and came and cleaned the toilet but it was late and we were tired. Besides, to clean the room properly would have taken an hour or at least a gallon of paint. The shower was terrible, the beds and furniture were worn out and despite all that I still tried breakfast. 7:30 am and the only thing available was dry bread and stale bagels. $180 lost. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.
