The pictures for this property are very misleading. What we found when we arrived was a run-down unit that clearly hasn't been updated in years. The floors were scuffed throughout, and the bathrooms were musty with visible mold. There were no vents in the bathrooms at all, which explains the dampness and the smell. The worst part was the overwhelming body odor smell. Both bedrooms were so bad that we seriously considered sleeping in the living room instead. Thank goodness we only booked for one night. To be fair, the staff were friendly and pleasant, but that couldn't make up for the condition of the place. I honestly don't understand how this property is rated above an 8 on this site. Maybe we just got a bad room, but I'd avoid Room 203 at all costs.

The only thing good and accurate about the property was the location. The property was advertised as air conditioned both units were broken and despite three requests repairs were never made. Additionally a notice of insect extermination was left from the prior week. There were bugs in the bed in the bathroom and kitchen. The linens were not changed and ants got into luggage and toiletries. No price concessions were offered. I would not allow this property to post on the site. Communication was poor throughout. Additionally a watch was left at the property but was never found by staff.

Fantastic Hotel

Everything was great, very good location and super helpful staff.

Could have been worse. Location is prime. Pillows were hard. Dental kit amenity really should a small tube of toothpaste. Staff should make sure safe works before new guests arrive. Glad that there was air conditioning.
