Was there just one night for medical appointment late at night . Location was perfect for me and felt safe leaving and coming back late. Staff was very helpful rooms clean and quiet.

Excellent value for Banff. Walk was 10 blocks into town. Some restaurants a bit closer. Bartender was super nice and drinks reasonable. Buffet breakfast was overpriced and mediocre. Hot tub was way too hot. Couldn’t stay in more than five minutes. Ask at the front desk to verify safe temperature and they turned it down some but still couldn’t stay in more than ten minutes. Other guests mentioned the same and barely put their feet in. Besides the pool and breakfast, the lodge is 5 star.

View was stunning but there are weeds everywhere in front of the cabin(if you have allergies this will be tough). The fire table should have been included in the price and the cooking items were rough and needed replacement. No toaster or microwave. Coffee machine needed instructions and the floor was lifting in some areas. For the price expected more.

Staff was quick to respond to the shower door not closing in my room, maintenance fixed the next morning. They also provided clean towels as we requested additional on some days. House cleaning needs more attention to details, like replacing used drinking glasses on the bar with fresh ones. Only the 9th floor had ice vending machine working, the other two floors had machine issues so no ice available. The thermostat in our room seemed to be defaulting to 73 degrees Fahrenheit in the middle of the night. We were not able to get uninterrupted sleep since we woke up sweating and had to reset/lower the thermostat to our desired setting each night or early morning.

Loved The amenities. Mountain view was amazing.
