Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Run down, dirty, broken, stained sheets, stinky rooms, broken bathroom mirror, u cleaned shower, water stained cloudy shower tile, curtains broken & falling off, staff defended this is a budget hotel. We switched rooms & #2 was worse. We took pictures and reported it to hotels.com and got a refund for the 2nd night - we left.

Hands down the best hotel we stay in all year.

Overall, the property itself and amenities presented themselves very well. The pool was nice and my children really enjoyed swimming in it. The breakfast attendants were also very nice and accommodating. We were disappointed that our room wasn't turned over while we were away for the day.

The door to one of our rooms was off the hinges making it difficult to open and close the door. The staff was aware but made no effort to repair it.

There was nothing unique about the hotel. The amenities were all closed. Didn't get breakfast because they are remodeling. There is no spa...false advertising. The pool was closed due to an error in the chemicals. Our room had scraped paint under the bed. The curtain rod to the curtains was broke. The pictures were not hung properly and some missing the hanging nails. Oh and if you want a free high ( 🚫) that's the place to go! Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. This is yet the worst hotel I have stayed in. If you want ice you have to go across the way to the other hotel (Super Eight). Pet owners did not abide to the leash law. A couple of dogs ended up in a fight. The air conditioner unit was missing all of its buttons. That's a safety hazard. The doors don't lock from the outside of the building( security concerns). Glass in the parking lot. Boyfriend had new tires just put on his vehicle so very scary. I will not stay here again. My mom liked the Baymont but I don't think I will stay at one again.

There was a stove top but no pans or plates as far as I could see. No internet service at all. room chairs somewhat uncomfortable pillows inadequate

Our room was never touched during our 3 night stay, so our tiny garbage can was overflowing even with us throwing some out in a dumpster ourselves. Furniture & furnishings haven’t been kept up & need to be replaced. Chair is sticky to the touch w black marks, bathroom door is falling apart and they just added screws to the edge to hold it together, remote didn’t have a cover & has messed up springs, batteries were just taped in - not safe at all with us having toddlers. Overall poor cleanliness, floors especially - I’d pick or wipe up anything from my toddler and I’d get black from the dirty floor.
