I tried to call before arrival and it went straight to voicemail. I guess the phone has been down. Seems that might be important for customer service. Wanted to use the pool and waterslide in the morning before checkout. It doesn’t open until 10 and check out is at 11. What the heck!?!

Apparently some front desk staff are unaware that greeting guests when they enter is an industry standard

I loved the hotel for the cost, great value, great location, direct area was safe(not-safe area not too far away though so be aware). We have stayed here a few times now. The TV setup was great with access to apps and the hallways were very clean which I definitely appreciated. Free coffee and water at all times in the lobby was very much appreciated as well.

Breakfast was an orange or granola bar. Disappointed. The room was great, but not a door on the sleeping area so the TV interfered. Great concept turning a school into a hotel. Large hallways and room.

We really enjoyed staying here. It's a lovely, comfortable hotel and so near Crown Center. I appreciated the complimentary coffee every morning, but I still think it lacks a casual restaurant that could be used for breakfast. Perhaps its close proximity the Crown Center makes it hard to keep another full restaurant available??

Was a clean place. Enjoyed my stay.
