The bathroom in our room smelled like a decomposing body. Broken and loose tiles in the bathroom. Dust in every corner of the room. We waited 15 minutes at check in for a staff member because nobody was at the front desk and they wouldn't answer the phone. The front desk employee was unfriendly. Staff waited in hallways to peek into rooms when the doors opened. We had 3 guests listed on our reservation but our room was set up for only 2. When we requested more towels the staff was visibly upset at the request and gave us a hard time.
