No servía el aire y el calenton y no ay internet

Very clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Very nice and functional kitchenette. The bed was too soft, and the blanket was very thin so it was a cold night. I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn up the heat. I hate that there was no real person anywhere to help with check-in. Instead, it was an impersonal, electronic kiosk that was hard to navigate, especially for me as an elderly person who is not particularly computer literate. Finally, there was no parking anywhere near the front door of the hotel so I had to park two lots away and walk quite far to drag all my luggage to the hotel. So not cool or in any way friendly towards us older folks!

Fantastic! Planning to come back for another trip

I stay here every time I come to Kennewick to visit my sister, several times a year over several years. I am always happy with RED Lion. Comfortable room and bed and I always feel safe here!

The room was clean and the staff nice and helpful when needed for the laundry room. The hotel was in a great location for our use and many dining options nearby. It was a bit of a challenge getting inside; the key card needed to use to gain access, which is good, the hard part getting the door to work right. Found out using the door lever raising it up instead of down was the way to get in the easiest. We had to use the laundry; several machines were out of order. The 2 washers available worked well. he dryers on the other hand not so much. Took a very long time to get the clothes dry.

The dining area was exceptionally clean and what a gorgeous view of the Columbia River! The staff was super helpful. Even though there were renovations being done it didn’t interfere with our stay. Would highly recommend.
