We waited for our room to be “ready” for our stay. We got texted to check in and when we got to the room it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Clothes hanging in the closet, items in the fridge, beds not made. The desk manager was furious at the staff and sent a crew of 5 to correct the mistake.
Two of the previous restaurants were no longer open. The public bathrooms were not being cleaned throughout the day.
The pools and pool areas were clean. The staff were friendly. We might go back….going to look at other places though.
