A busy friendly pub hotel that made us feel very welcome. Very clean, very large comfy bed. A quiet large warm room and clean bathroom. Staff were friendly and obliging and breakfast delicious. Loved the fact a table at dinner was reserved even without asking and then you could choose not to take it. We did and the menu was varied in a dining room that took good COVID precautions. We enjoyed our dinner. Really great value for money and would definitely recommend.

One marine place was a lovely place to stay fantastic views, everything there that you need to enjoy your stay, would be definitely recommended them

Very tired property, rejected the 1st room due to unpleasant smell. 2nd offering was not ready and when we finally got in there was no soap in dispensers, the skirting boards were very dusty, the outside space to the side of the hotel was also messy, discarded beer glasses and the bins. This was the disabled entrance via a ramp.

a very good value for money option for those wanting to stay near glasgow. Reasonable commute by car to the city (1/2 hour or so) - suggest you go the more Country route. Local area isn’t significant, so suggest you eat in the city. Our large room got a lovely sunset, whilst sitting on a large raised couch. Quiet. (though the birds can get noisy for a bit - nothing the property can do about that though). Sheep in the garden ! Recommended.

Stephen was very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions via email. He also went above and beyond to help with the taxi.

Staff were incredibly friendly & professional. Restaurant was great quality. Gym & Pool area were both very good.
