Nice property that is extremely well located relative to downtown Greenville. Staff and facilities were first rate but I found the decor slightly tacky.

Great space to rent versus have a hotel room. The unit was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our only issue was getting an immediate response with an issue discovered at check in. Because Landing had to contact the onsite office for the apartments, we did not receive the pool pass until half way through our visit. It was very disappointing not to be able to use the pool the first two days since we intentionally booked this place for the pool.

We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt. Great location, friendly staff and easy parking in the garage across the street. The reason for the rating of 4 was because the air conditioner in our room was very loud which made for an unrestful sleep. The lobby had nice amenities but the lounge areas and tables were constantly dirty. Breakfast was okay. The fresh fruit had a bad odor and they served the same food every morning.

The location was convenient to local parks and downtown Brevard. The place was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the lockbox but the owners helped us work through it.

From the moment we checked in everyone was so helpful. The room was spotless along with hallways and stairwells. Breakfast was delicious and freshSaturday and Sunday morning.
