Ivins Vacation Packages

The location was great, especially because it was so close to Zion National Park, which was very convenient. However, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing, and the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. Despite having a reservation, we felt that the check-in process and overall service were not handled professionally. The staff seemed inexperienced and could have been more helpful. Overall, the location was definitely the best part of our stay, but the cleanliness and customer service need improvement.

Property was great. Very close to Zion and right in the middle of Springdale. Hosts checked in email everyday and answered any questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

This charming, well thought out space was the most perfect place to stay while in town for a weekend! Heidi was such a sweet host and we will definitely come back and recommend Santa Clara Inn to our friends and family. Thank you.

Place was clean. Staff was nice. Pools were all nice.

The 2nd night was quieter. Since it was a room for pets that explains the constant urine smell in the carpet. I guess not all dogs are potty pad trained. I used alot of airfreshner. The snack machines were broken. The girl at the counter charged $1/tiny little bag of snacks.
