Poor quality

Telephone was not working, waffle Iron and toaster in the breakfast room were broken, doors were jammed, tile floors as oppoesed to carpeting, to name a few problems. I called to let the mamagement know that my plane into Providenc was delaid and I would be late arriving. the front desk kept puting me hold (over twenty minutes) until I was finally tranfered to a Reservation office where I was again place on hold while she looked up my reservation. When she found it she told me she would place me on hold again while she contacted the front desk where I had already been place on hold, prior. In all aprtoximatly thirty minutes just to let someone know that I would be a late arrival,

The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.

Everything about the property & staff was AMAZING! Zero complaints, would 100% stay there again if in the area. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at the Hyatus. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect—convenient to everything I needed while still being quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a busy week. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great stay!! We had an issue with the room and it was quickly corrected.
