The staff are helpful but the building should be clean. The carpet on the entire hallways should be replaced or at lease washed. They shouldn't offer breakfast because they are not equipped for it.

While we love to stay here when we are in town this stay was very undesirable! The air conditioning couldnt get below 68 so we called the front desk twice to no answer or call back? Then i went down to the front desk and they sent a maintenance man up and said no problems that it just couldnt keep up?

I have stayed at this property multiple times. The staff is fabulous. The property is very old and that is certainly part of the charm. The bathroom in the lap pool area as well as the seating near the bathroom was not up to par on cleanliness with the rest of the hotel. That is my reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The coffee at the coffee shop was excellent. The drinks from both the bar in the restaurant and by the pool were great.

The staff, Kai and Katie were extremely friendly and helpful! The property was well maintained and very clean. Our room was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Laundry facility worked out perfect and the pool was refreshing!! Great place to stay.

This hotel was conveniently located right next to the country club plaza. It was clean and modern. The staff were cordial and helpful, but not necessarily effusive.

The only reason for the 4 star review is that the shampoo in the shower was empty, and the shower itself was not pristine. It WAS clean, but the corners need some "love"
