Jasper Vacation Packages

Overall a good stay. Room comfortable and spacious. TV could use more channel options, particularly major networks: ABC, CBS, NBC.

Don’t let the pictures of the marble lobby for you, this is not a luxury or high-end hotel. A luxury hotel should also provide luxury service and this hotel falls very short. On my first night there, I called guest services to request a dental kit. It took 25 minutes to deliver and the housekeeper who delivered it to me, was on her phone, laughing and talking to someone in Spanish when she got to my door. She basically threw the items at me and walked away before I could even ask her for an extra or say thank you. Totally unprofessional and just courteous. The next day, I had my do not disturb one in the morning, so when I left in the evening, I informed the front desk and asked them to have someone turn over the room. The Front Desk employee confirmed the room could be cleaned, she took down my room number, and I heard her radio housekeeping to request the clean. Imagine my surprise when I come back several hours later and the room is still dirty. I go back down to housekeeping to report the issue and they tell me they can’t do anything about it because housekeeping has left for the night. So instead they give me a stack of towels, which ends up being dirty, so I have to go return them. But come to find out, housekeeping had actually been to my room because they left a stack of towels on the bed. Which means they were there, but didn’t actually do any of the cleaning that was requested. Management didn’t do anything to resolve the issue. Won’t stay again!
