Check in was rough online only. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, granted it was 10pm, but it took me forever to get through the process and then wait for a code to get into my room. Make sure you check in right when you get the text or email message.

Linda who checked me in on this Friday was sweet , helpful and the best

Though the room was comfortable, I’m not sure I would come back. The staff put us in the wrong kind of room - one that was not an upgrade over what we booked - then treated us like we were the problem for asking them to fix it. The room they put us in was the right kind but lacked a working mini-fridge and had a number of outlets near the bed that didn’t work, presenting a problem for charging devices. On top of that, the staff initially billed us at a higher rate than what we booked so we had to get them to fix that as well.

What a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Large room and perfect ancillary areas to drink and eat! Loved our stay!

Booked a king room, got a double queen instead overlooking the pool which was really loud in the room when people were there. Also, sink plugged up when running water and bathroom door wouldn’t close unless you lifted it to straighten it up on the hinges. Not what I expected of a Doubletree.
