This hotel stay was terrible. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm when we arrived at 3:30 we were asked to come back in a half an hour because the room was still being cleaned. We came back 30 minutes later and went to take a shower there were dirty wash clothes and towels in the room and it very clearly had not been cleaned. When I went to the front desk, they offered me a 10% discount. When i went to check out they claimed to have no idea what I was talking about but told me they would talk with the manager and get it taken care of to my satisfaction and I would be e-mailed the corrected receipt. I never received an e-mail receipt of any kind and they charged my card for the full amount. Stayed here previously it was great, not sure if it was a new ownership group or something but what they are doing is not working. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IT IS AWFUL!!!

Was the classic motel experience I seeked

Emma and her team are so wonderful! I had a scheduling issue and they were quick to move me to another unit. The whole place and area is SO cute. They’re ao thoughtful on everything from the toiletries to decor. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend to anyone!

I love how unique & comfortable it was

Building is in bad condition. Walls in the room had cracks, dirty bathtub, dingy washcloths. Breakfast lacking, but I guess you get what you pay for.
