Staff were incredibly helpful and very polite. Every staff member we encountered was positive and doing a great job. We had a few issues like the blinds in our room not opening and a hook that needed to be repaired, but we only stayed for a short period so it wasn’t a huge deal. We utilized the valet parking and we were very happy with that decision. The location was ideal for walking to the stadium and city museum. The breakfast options changed both morning we were there which was great.

This place was great! The interior was super clean and new but needs a designer’s edit… however, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and pretty! The pool and hot tub were great. The free breakfast is fine—microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and waffle irons— but nothing too exciting. We stayed here for an overnight on a road trip home and it was perfect.

fun place to stay and a great location

When we got in late on Wednesday night, our room was not available. Some BS story about not being cleaned. We had to drive around for hours looking for another place to stay and it cost $400 for one night. The rooftop bars were not available due to either rain or heat. The restaurant closed early every day for breakfast and for dinner.

Beautiful rooms

The stay wasn’t horrible, but I would’ve expected more for how much I spent per night. I paid for/booked a higher level floor, but was told no rooms were available. The first room we were given was not clean…unmade beds and towels on the floor. The second room we were given was Ok, but lower level so a lot of noise. Coffee machines were in the room but they were out of coffee cups. So the only way to have coffee was to pay for it in their restaurant or walk to block to local coffee shop. I know, petty things to point out…but again I’d expect a lot more for my visit given the price per night.

Great value but room not clean. The floor was not vacuumed. Desk staff covering desk and Starbucks cafe at same time. Guests had to wait due to short staffing.

Such a great place to stay! We had the best time and will be back
