Joliet Vacation Packages

Bed and pillows were very comfortable but the heating for the room was terrible. Fan ran constantly and it was either to hot or to cold. Water Slides were ok but the pool is smaller than it looks in picture and very dark pool area. I have a bigger hot tub at my home and if was always full of smaller children. The restaurant was very poor probably why they had no customers the waitress must of been the cook also for there was no one else around. Only patrons in there and it still took a long time.

Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were kind, professional and helpful. But what really made it a great stay was the breakfast. The coffee was better than you expect at a hotel breakfast and the food options were healthy and high quality. We saw a few pets in the lobby but there was definitely no pet odor or issue which is something that I am concerned about when I know pets are allowed. Overall, a great stay!

Great price and all

Staff was great. Staci is the great manager by far.
