Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service at the front desk was horrible. The staff member was incredibly rude, especially when my daughter was simply trying to purchase an item. His attitude was so unpleasant that he actually made my daughter cry. No guest, especially a child, should be treated that way. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was poor quality, and the coffee was terrible. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and a much more welcoming experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. The management really needs to address the customer service and overall guest experience.

Excellent stay! Breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. It felt like staying with family. Beautiful views and relaxing outdoor space. Will definitely stay again.

It was a nice quiet stay though the property is quite outdated. Nothing a revamp wouldn't remedy.

Excellent location relative to campus.

We had a great stay at the Clermont. Parking was easy, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Starting our anniversary stay with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a cheers with my wife at the front desk was a great touch. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the bed may honestly have been one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well—which matters in Atlanta in August! The hotel itself is interesting, eclectic, and has a personality all its own. We also loved the location. Being able to walk to great cocktails, dinner, coffee, and everything along the BeltLine made the stay even better. We finished the evening with a nightcap on the rooftop, which was a perfect ending to the night. Great hotel, great staff, great location. We’d absolutely stay here again.
