Fantastic location for starters. So easy to get to most major stations. The view is incredible. Our room was always cleaned when we asked for it. The staff were always accomodating and had an easy to access laundry. We were there for 3 weeks and would easily go back again.

The room is dirty and has a mildew and mold problem. I walked in and noticed all the issues said on google reviews were correct. The staff is also very rude. This has been the first time I’ve encountered this using Expedia. AVOID

Got a non-smoking room on a smoking-floor. Strong smoke smell. This was our 2nd stay at this property, mainly, because of it's close proximity to the train station which we find great for train connections.

Very close to the station, excellent amenities in or close to the property. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room turndown service everyday was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property when visiting Tokyo. Bonus that Omiya is a Shinkansen station 🙌
