Couldn’t have a first floor room due to construction on the first floor being done, never was notified in advance that it was under construction although the room was excellent good place to stay just timing of constructions off

Los de seguridad se creen los dueños deberían de entrenar mejor a su personal nos trataron muy mal en la piscina y una señora de seguridad trató de golpear a mi hija y amenazó a mi hijo que ambos eran menores de edad pero eso lo callan no lo discuten por asta la fecha no hemos escuchando nada sobre lo ocurrido

If you are a non smoker, don't go there , the room was ok but the lobby , is full of smoke., and it supposed to be a smoke free building.
