The picture are a lie.... It may have looked like that years ago but it definitely does not now. I thought my GPS had taken me to the wrong place. The place looks abandoned and appears to have people squatting the building. There was a car with the wheels missing in the lot and people using drugs openly. Windows painted over, trash everywhere, a huge burnt spot on a wall where I assume dumpsters may have been.... Total horrorshow. 0/10 DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!!! I didn't even get out of my car because I didn't want to get robbed. Yelp says the place is actually closed down so I don't even know why it comes up on this site. Hopefully

Bonnie the front desk, receptionist, was fantastic wonderful employee very helpful with everything. I believe she deserves a raise. She is a great employee and I would not let her go if I was the Company. The bed was comfortable the room was clean, just with the remodel, there are a few minor aesthetic issues but nothing major, I did enjoy my stay. Thank you.

Beds really sink in a lot in areas, although many reviews say the have new beds. Breakfast was pretty weak with fried eggs and sausage every day, no oatmeal, weak cold coffee

This hotel looks nice in the pictures, but the reality was far from it. The hallways and elevator look like they were not vacuumed regularly, if ever. The upholstery on the chairs in the eating area was stained and in desperate need of a good shampooing. The room itself was clean, and the staff were courteous, which was nice. The breakfast was sufficient, but the hash browns were way undercooked (not brown at all). The worst part about our stay was the milk! It was kept in a carafe in a fridge in the breakfast area, but was chunky! I didn't notice at first until I took a sip of my coffee and had to spit it out. When I dumped it, there were large chunks at the bottom of my cup. Blehhh! My biggest regret is that we booked 2 nights here instead of just 1, so we had to deal with it.
