Dirty, rundown, dark and dingy, inattentive staff. The worst hotel I have stayed in 30 years. Heat was running in the room. Had to open the window and run the AC (with a ducktaped vent to the window) to keep the temperature bearable. Staff at the front desk did not care. Door trim at the elevator had been ripped off. Absolutely dreadful. I can't belive you sell this hotel.

Kitchen stocked with cooking pots and pans and stovetop. Room was nice, but the channel selections on the TV were not so good.

The silver bow Inn is a little jewel in Juneau. Although old, it has been updated and made very charming with little touches like custom wallpaper, and every amenity you could want. The only drawback is having to carry your luggage upstairs, but if you can do that this is the hotel to stay at.

Great location, recently remodeled. Room very clean & comfortable (could use luggage racks & hooks in the bathroom), staff friendly & helpful. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Parking available. Room with the harbor view was lovely, but you must not mind traffic noise.
