The location was great, however, the accommodations were not. We found our door slightly open when we arrived. Next time the door was completely open and our personal belongings in full view/access. Then we had no power for over two hours. When I called to inquire as to when power would be restored they had no idea power was out. We were moved to another which was smaller and the door was hard to open. You needed force to open. Would not recommend.

Very helpful front desk staff, great location, and a very comfortable bed!

Staff was wonderful with my dogs.

Only place to stay in Juneau. Kitchen grocery across street. Short walk to town

The room was clean w modern amenities. The restaurant was closed for renovations which was a bummer since you have to drive/cab to get to one. The worst part was the blackout window shade does not go to the bottom of the window. This means you have about a 12” gap where the lights from the highway, signs & nearby buildings shines in on your bed making it very difficult to sleep. There is also no shuttle to the airport, which other hotels that charge much less offer for free.
