SOOOOO loud. I could hear everything upstairs, outside, and next door. I literally heard the lady next door battling her hiccups. Worst sleep of our family’s life. When anyone in the complex uses the bathroom it’s so loud it sounds like a waterfall is in our room. Good location, but don’t do it. There was hair in the tub, in the beds - gross! AND the bathtub was clogged so it just puddled in the tub while you shower.

We loved our stay at Plantation Hale! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious with everything we needed.
The property is dated but that added to the charm for us. The only note I have is an extra trash bag or two would have been nice. Our Kitchen trash filled up and after we took it out we had no extra bag to line the can with.
Having the kitchen was great!

Amazing hotel almost like in White Lotus. We greatly enjoyed the lagoon. Hawaiian performances in the lobby throughout the day.
