I can’t even find the words to describe how terrible this Hotel Jerai is ..!!! THE ROOMS AND THE BATHROOM ARE FILTHY.. THE SINK DRAINAGE PIPE LEAKS.. ! THE REST OF THE HOTEL IS A DISASTER ZONE ..!

Greencity Hotel
The family room was spacious and clean. The facilities were working properly. We had good rests there. The staff were friendly and efficient and 24-hour service. Parking by the hotel is limited but there is area along the road that allows parking. It’s a simple, clean hotel.
