Rooms are clean but dated. The shower drained very very slowly. Staff failed to tell us the our parking area would be closed at 7 am so were asked to move our car at 10 pm. I love the area of downtown Salt Lake, very convenient for downtown events.

The room was pretty clean, and the staff were very friendly . I believe there were food-shops nearby within a walking distance but we didn’t use it.

The shuttle service from the airport was not good. I called for a shuttle and was not informed that the pick was going to be from the Radisson. I was informed when I called the 2nd time. Still no shuttle arrived. Called a 3rd time and after a 90 minute wait got aride from another hotel.
