Staff are not helpful. Toilet was not working as we checked in and they have to come 2 times to come fix the toilet. We stayed in for 4 nights and they never refilled the supplies and no proper response when called. Garbage was piled and no response when asked to clean so have to walk to front desk and report to come remove trash Do not recommend any one to go to this hotel as the service and amenities are horrible for that price

What a great experience! The Yurt was great! It was super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable! There is no bathroom in the Yurt - - there are portable toilets and a shower a short walk away. Overall I would recommend this for a unique Alaska experience!

Brand new cabins very nice

Historic hotel with some well-worn areas. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Location is very convenient to restaurants and shops in downtown Seward. We walked to every meal. 15 minute drive to Exit Glacier visitor center and a 5 minute drive to the boat launch area for day cruises. It worked well for us. The only downside was that the room was a little stuffy. No A/C or fan and even though it was cool outside, the windows only opened a little bit and the air didn’t really make it into the room.

Accommodations were perfect for 5 adults, we had a wonderful time touring Seward. The location was close to everything!!!
