I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional. The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there. The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck. The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck. The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.

This was a really neat property with lots of history. The location was amazing and in walking distance to Beale St and lots of historical sites. Would definitely stay here again. The room was nice and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.

No AC in room. No hot water in the morning.

I’ve stayed here at least 5 times and each time it gets worse. This time I’ve decided I will never stay here again. The staff is great but the hotel would be overpriced at half what they are charging. A lot of people that I saw in the hotel had large dogs which may be why the rooms are in deplorable condition. TV was glitchy as well.

Quickest check-in I have ever experienced. The bed was hard as a rock. A/C was loud. But the overall experience was fine.
