I booked my husband a room here.He is an OTR Truck driver and wanted a comfortable place to rest and clean up. The placed was barely furnished and had roaches in the room. He could not even stand to be in the room. Total waste of money. The manager said he could've switched rooms but no one wants to deal with that after a long week of driving. He was better off to sleep in his truck.

The check process was terrible! I had no idea it was “unmanned”, needed a security link, etc. When I booked it.

Was a great stay right next to the University of Dayton and not far from most everything else. Several pools and a nice gym. Get a room on the sixth floor if you can. Restaurant is really nice.

Great location, staff, cleanliness, and amenities.

Rooms weren’t very clean. Took multiple attempts to get me a room that the door would open with a key. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and lobby.

Ur stay was good no swimming pool

Clean! Our room was clean. I even noted the elevator was clean. The woman at the desk was pleasant and helpful.

Missing/broken drain in shower, air conditioner held together with tape, stains on comforter, pool area and stairwell full of garbage, extreme amounts of water on hallway floors
