I would comment on the breakfast but there was none available. Said it was until 9:30 on the weekends yet they “ran out” before 9 am. Never freshened up our room even when we had asked. We came because of a baseball tournament. Due to weather, many games were being pushed. We decided to book an extra night in case we played. The tournament ended up being canceled an hour later, yet we were not able to get a refund or credits we got $25 off taken the night that we did not stay… only reason it’s 2 stars is because of the guy at the front desk. He was great, tried his best to accommodate. He said yes to the refund, but the other lady that was there denied it. Very disappointed in the experience. Price was great, location was ok, everything else was bad. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again. We have back to back tournaments but will not be staying here.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

I love the room. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would say is the showers are definitely not hot enough for me. I don’t know if I just like it too hot but that’s the only issue I really had.

Front Desk Staff was GREAT! We ate outside one night and the FOOD was DEEEE-LISH-US!!!! The only two dislikes were the bed was extremely hard. Was not comfortable...and...being on Ocean Dr, the music played until about 1am(ish). All we heard was the Bass. So if you are an early "bedder", you may not want to stsy as any hotel on Ocean Drive. But overall, the Pelican was nice! (PS: the food was really good!!)

The room was very clean and organized with a wonderful city view. The building was relatively quiet. We especially loved how spacious the bathroom area is. Valet and concierge services are exceptional, the restaurant on the 25th floor is great, and it's in a great location in Miami. However, we did encounter one issue that did cost us a decent amount of money. The water connection for the washer was not hooked up and no dryer was available. This meant instead of being able to do our laundry, we had to buy new clothing items. There was also a feminine hygiene wrapper under the bed upon arrival. These things made me question if the bed sheets or towels were properly laundered. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. We typically stay at the Icon, but due to the construction on that building we chose to try the Arch and will probably do that again.
