Keystone Vacation Packages

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the comfortable beds made for a restful stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The 24-hour pool and hot tub were a highlight, and breakfast offered plenty of choices. We appreciated the convenient parking and the care being put into the property under new management. Great amenities and value—we would happily stay again!

We reserved and paid through Expedia for a King Suite, went to check in and hotel clerk said they had overbooked their rooms and gave ours away. They put us into a Standard Queen but would not adjust, reduce or refund us the price difference, said we had to fight with Expedia over that, even tho it was the hotels fault. The room was pretty clean but the bathroom ceiling was peeling from an obvious previously old leak, Shower curtain pulled away from wall so was barely hanging on. Windows were very dirty with torn screen but just looked out to a worn out fence and trash anyway. Breakfast was cold and missing half the items, overheard others complaining about it as well. We are SD residents and spend a lot of time in the hills, save yourself some major grief and stay at one of Sturgis’ many other fine hotels!

Under construction but price was great

The room was extremely low priced. We found out why, it was very small. The bathroom could use a little maintenance. Other than these items, it is a good place to stay. Great location. It will definitely be on our list to consider again.

Great Place!
