Very attentive host, great place in a great location. Beautiful skyline view from the terrace.

We were not prepared for the fact that there is no elevator and no parking which made things very difficult. The view from our room was a back alley with homeless people and the fire escape connecting to it which was very unnerving. The room had a sliding glass door to the bathroom which gave no privacy at all and the sink was at the foot of the bed because the room was so tiny. The bed was hard as a rock and there no place to set anything. It was disappointing unfortunately. I understand they call it a budget friendly hotel at $300 a night but I didn’t expect quite this bad.

Recently renovated hotel so room looked very good. Upon check-in I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary. They sent up a bottle of wine and popcorn complementary. Nice touch.

We really enjoyed this resort! We loved the massages from the Spa and found the Aquapath to be truly one of a kind. The property sits on a serene section of the bay which was very picturesque with the fall foliage. Admittedly we anticipated the tennis court to be a hard court so we didn’t end up playing for long. Every other amenity in the property is amazing! We will be coming back.

We had a great stay here, the location is convenient to everywhere, all within half hour walk basically. And it has shoppers, Dollarama, grocery stores across the street, so many restaurants choices on the street as well

My sleep was not good since the room I was staying in was on the third floor overlooking the parking lot, which made it noisy at night from cars speeding down the street all night long to hearing other guests and workers late at night outside the window. Also the noise of the ice machine in the hallway outside of the room door with guests getting ice all night long kept waking me up. They need to update the rooms with sound proofing.

Desk attendant poorly fluent in English or french. Gave us Bad informations on breakfast hours. We missed breakfast,no solution given to us beside an apology.
