The room was disgusting bed was full of bed bugs was absolutely horrible did not sleep one minute

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Great location to train and restaurants.

Great location in the middle of everything you want to do in Liverpool. Spacious apartment and very comfortable bed but starting to be a bit run down and tired with furniture and fittings needing some attention.

We had two rooms on different floors, one was in better shape than the other. The rooms were big, but the reading lights by the bed were to far from the -comfortable - bed, so didn’t fit the purpise. There was an easy chair by the window, but no table next to it to put a glass or cup. No rack or hook in the bathroom for the lovely big and fluffy towel. So good, but annoying details that weren’t right. Housekeeping wasn’t really good, either, coffee or tea not replaced, toiletries missing or not replaced, bath tub not cleaned in 4 days
