The first thing I noticed was how clean and well kept the property was. The staff were extremely pleasant and respectful. The included breakfast was my favorite and a great way to get the day started. My only complaint was that house keeping did not replenish our room. I had to repeatedly ask for items such as body wash and toilet paper. Overall, I would rate my stay a 4.5/5 and would gladly visit this property again in the future.

Great location downtown and short walk to waterfront and many dining options downtown

Rooms have been newly renovated.. very clean new fixtures. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have done a very nice job at renovatthr property..

Hotel looks nice form the outside but inside shows wear and age. TV was not working well, smoke alarm was sitting on the desk not hooked up and the AC was blowing humid air.

Great location and friendly staff

This is an older motel, parking right at the door to your room, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I needed a place to sleep for the night for work in the area and this location was perfect for what I was looking for. As mentioned this is an older motel that could use some renovation, but it was also one of the lowest nightly rates in town so I found it to be a good value for the money. If I find myself needing a room again in the Washington, NC area I would definitely stay here again.

We had stayed there before and it was very good. This time wasn't good things had really changed. I wouldn't visit it again.
