Room was in pretty poor shape. Very rundown. Stayed 6 nights and never got maid service. Shower was grimy. Lock was quite temperamental and for a time I was locked out of my room. Staff did not return calls. Wi-Fi was a joke--1bar and pretty much useless. Lots of noise from parking lot and adjoining rooms. Would not recommend.

Room was clean and beautiful. The beds were comfy and really like the Tub feature.

Everything was in good condition.

The first room we received had the hand lotion ripped off the wall and I didn’t want to be charged for those prior damages I asked to be moved to a different room. The second room didn’t have a couch and was smaller. None of the ice machines didn’t work on any of the floors except floor 22 & 26 which we found out as we were leaving

The trip was not worth the price. On the first night when I arrived late due to a delayed flight, we checked into our room. The staff was very nice, but we had a leak in the ceiling coming from our light. We went up to the front desk they offered to put us in another room that was upgraded, but it was one king bed and I was staying with a friend when I mentioned that we have booked a double bed. They said they could put us in a room, but it would be a downgrade. Since I paid money for the upgrade, my friend and I were forced to share a bed for a night. We then went up to the room and asked to switch the next day because it was uncomfortable, and then we were put in another room that was directly across from the loud ice machine and the Nespresso coffee machine didn’t work properly. For the amount paid, this was unacceptable.
