Room was not cleaned. Coffee stains on the countertops, wet towels , make up stains in the bathroom countertops. Went up to the counter and had them bring up clean sheets and towels. I changed the sheets myself and the towels too. Also there was a bug on the “clean sheets” that were brought in I had to make sure it wasn’t a bed bug before using them. Crazy that I have to do all that on a supposedly clean room.

Room 322 off the lobby is not desired. Noise from the lobby and door opening for those exiting the lobby is clearly heard. Earplugs placed in room was the hint. Noise abated around 1am Sunday morning.

Great hotel. Rooms need more power outlets.

The hotel had some carpet rippling up and some torn open. There was someone elses hair left inside the bathtub. I did like the free washers and dryers. I did not like having to pay for parking at a Hotel that I just paid alot of money for, especially when cars are broken into out front ! I also wonder if the stripped out car up on blocks at the end of the parking lot had to pay for parking. They also put me in a room right next to the freeway and train tracks which of course was very noisy all night and I barely got any sleep ! I asked to move and the manager would not get another room for me. I will never stay there again !

Why require me to take time to write something no one will actually read. Please let me just answer the questions and let me go !

Great location! Easy walking distance to everything. Staff was very nice and suggested some great activities. Would recommend and stay again
