Everyone was very friendly, great experience

The staff that we encountered were nice and helpful! The property is a great location and the room was updated and nice. We love the area at the beach for sitting and reading and relaxing. My complaint would be this horrible musty smell in the hallways, also would have been nice to have been provided beach towels. Overall I would stay here again for sure. Perk they have a breakfast for free. Of course it’s simply but much appreciated.

booked 2 rooms for family of 4, entered the lobby to a long line to check in because they only allow everyone to check in at 4pm strictly. every person seemed to take long checking in like they are filling out applications or something. while waiting i decided to check my email and noticed they sent me an email 2 hours prior to check in saying they ran out of rooms so they canceled my reservation. i had to scramble to find a place to stay on a friday in virginia beach.

Last minute trip was pleased they could accommodate.Had no problem staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would stay again .

The ocean view was fabulous, and the full kitchen was a great bonus. The indoor pool with outdoor access was amazing, and I really appreciated the free laundry facilities. There was also plenty of shopping within walking distance, which made the location even more convenient. I’d definitely recommend this resort!
