All was great for the price and the staff were really friendly. The staff warned us about the lift that was not working and even came to see if the room was ok which it was. The highlight was the walk along the river into the city and the breakfast from the place round the corner. We will stay again if in town.

Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

was ok, very hot, no aircon. even in the food area where food was out and no ice for keeping things like milk cold. TV in room switches on and off every few minutes. crass cutting outside the room between 7-9am each morning which is a bit poor.

This is a very well located hotel in a busting part of the city, on the canalside with a wonderful selection of restaurants and bars. The hotel is very comfortable, modern and well appointed. Breakfast is quite mediocre though as it's not freshly cooked.

The room was beautiful and immaculately kept. The facilities are superb - the gym is huge and has everything and then the pool is heated with a sauna and steam room there as well.
