Beautiful 3 days enjoying the amazing Interlaken area and this hotel is very well situated to do everything by walk and has easy access to East train. My vacation went noce and smooth. Breakfast was very nice. Will come back

Pros - Overall, the apartment was clean and modern. It is spacious with enough storage for our belongings. Convenient location and come with strong working A/C, great feature in summer; also having washer, dryer and functioning kitchen are good features. Cleaners come in everyday to help wash dishes, tidy up, etc. which was nice. Cons - Dryer was not functional and had to self fix. Shower tiles were grimy and moldy.

The property is a beautiful hotel with the best view of the front lawn with the Jungfrau as a picturesque view in front. The staff and accommodations definitely warrant the 5 star rating.

We had a two bedroom apartment with an amazing view of the mountain. Fantastic location right in the heart of Interlaken and bus stop right out front. Great view of all the paragliders. Only complaint was the towels were awful. Like - scratchy and small - something you'd find at a low-budget hotel. Really seemed off-brand to have cheap towels at a nice hotel.
