Koontz Lake Vacation Packages

Rooms were absolutely NASTY. Our first room had greasy handprints on the headboard and phone, grease spots on the comforter with food bits (we assume), a splatter on the window curtain, and a missing smoke detector. Also had a terrible odor. The 2nd room we got switched to had pee stains on the bed and also smelled terrible, like a thick cologne. Absolutely terrible. Not to mention the trash lining the property and abundance of furniture in the back lot. Hotel should be called "Everything BUT quality inn".

Room was dirty outlets didn't work the light in-between the beds didn't work and you guys still have sent me my money back for the deposit.

Great place to relax! Enjoyed the beach and food.

Very nice Super 8. The water feels like it comes from a water conditioner (very soft). The only subpar thing is the standard motel toilet paper.

It was clean and quiet but we were there 3 nights, no one cleaned the room or even offered fresh towels. Drive way and parking lot could use some maintenance.

Very Pleasant Stay I really enjoyed my stay at Ivy Court Inn. The hotel has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, and my room was clean, nicely arranged, and comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. Breakfast was very good and beautifully presented, and the staff was consistently courteous and friendly. My only complaint was the very low water pressure in the shower, which made showering a little uncomfortable. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

It was nothing crazy honestly, a roof and a bed for the night. Breakfast wasn't made at the time they planned which was 6am but I mean I had to hit the road either way so driving on an empty stoma sucks but what can ye do
