I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was very poor. The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, and did not seem to care about the guests' concerns. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, I felt like I was being ignored instead of helped. Good customer service is one of the most important parts of any hotel experience, and unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in that regard. Another major issue was the excessive noise throughout the hotel. The walls seemed to be very thin, and I could constantly hear people talking, doors slamming, and noise from the hallways and surrounding rooms, even late at night. Because of this, I was unable to get a proper night's sleep, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also in unacceptable condition. It was not clean when I arrived, and it looked poorly maintained. A clean and sanitary bathroom is something every guest should expect, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. The lack of cleanliness made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Between the poor customer service, the constant noise, and the unacceptable cleanliness, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many other places that provide much better service and a far more comfortable stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

Was a great experience. The staff were nice and very helpful. When we meet our room was ready there was no waiting time. Room service was on point, the maids did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff is AMAZING!! Kind, friendly and very attentive. The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely. No downside to this hotel what so ever. When back in Panama City I will definitely stay here again. It was an overall wonderful experience.

The hotel itself is nice, and the room had a lovely appearance. However, our window looked out onto an alley where people appeared to be living in very poor conditions. This seemed to reflect the contrast in Casco Viejo, where renovation and gentrification are visible throughout the area. While the surroundings felt unsettling at times, the alley faced a police station, which helped us feel safer. Unfortunately, something in the room triggered severe allergic reactions for both of us. My partner is rarely affected by the environment, but this room really impacted him. For three nights, we could hardly sleep due to constant sneezing, watery eyes, and a blocked nose. The symptoms stopped whenever we left the room but became much worse when we lay down on the bed. We asked to be moved to another room, but the hotel offered to clean the room instead. Unfortunately, this did not help. On our final night, we had to take allergy medication just to get a few hours of sleep, but even that only worked temporarily. The day we checked out and moved to another hotel, we finally had an excellent night’s sleep. Overall, while the hotel has a pleasant appearance and some positive aspects, our stay was seriously affected by the allergy issue. I would recommend that the hotel investigate possible allergens in the bedding, mattress, curtains, air conditioning, or ventilation system so future guests do not have the same experience.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located to all the main attractions of San Felipe. I had a nice room with skylights toward the back (very quiet location, room 112). The staff was very responsive to questions I had (they speak English, if you don't speak Spanish). Many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel.
