Not a bad stay for the price. Could use a better cleaning and some maintenance. Located within sight of Kings Island.

The property was well lite and easy to get to front to check in. But found out the hot tub and pool were closed which was only reason I went there. Asked for how long and had no answer except could be a long time but they didn't let any guest know. Breakfast was good. My room was horrible stains on the bed cover and blanket and a towel. The AC was dirty had to clean it and the filter. The bathroom the fan vent was so dirty had to clean it. The bathroom tub drain was clogged with so much hair I dug out what I could to get it to drain. They have a safety bar on the wall for help with getting in and out of the tub but it has one screw holding it on. And I almost grabbed it if I had i shudder to think what would have happened. Also a bug popped up in my bathtub the next day. Also don't except room cleaning unless you ask for it and they don't tell you this. Also be very careful with your credit card I paid on Expedia and they wanted a deposit for normal stuff, but each day they kept putting charges on my card without my permission and told me its not fully charged but it should fall off. So be careful they don't do the same to you. Use to be good place but it has gone very downhill.I hope new owner fixes it up. Since in good location and its under a good brand but its not following there standards.

My stay started with Kelly checking me in and she was so cheerful, have great info on attractions and food close by. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was worried there would be noise from the interstate but heard no traffic. Well definitely look to book here again when staying in this area.

The Staff was friendly and welcoming! Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
